Two owners, and that is the whole company

Daedalus Construction is Kevin Adza and Daniel Garcia. Kevin started it in 2021. Daniel is the other owner. Between the two of us, that is everybody.

We stay this size deliberately. A bigger shop has to keep several jobs running to cover itself, which is why the person who sold you the remodel is rarely the person you see again. We would rather take fewer jobs and be on them.

In practice that means the person who looks at your kitchen is the person who prices it, the person who demolishes it and the person who walks you through it at the end. When you have a question there are two numbers to call, and both of them are on this page.

We specialize in kitchens and bathrooms because they reward doing it this way. They are dense with trades and full of decisions, and they are the rooms where sloppy sequencing shows up years later. We also take whole-house remodels, additions and general contracting.
